    I wonder if this doesn't have a link to prevent the broadcast of videos from free cameras For paid cams they can ban the account offering the video, but for free cams there is not much they can do especially if the person recording the video is using a VPN So limiting access to free cameras is probably the only solution they have found to prevent this
