    My opinion is that apartment costs almost "nothing" to RLC and they don't want to invest again (new contract with better salary, new full hd cams, and works in the apartment). So they keep Maya and can state that they have many apartments (quantity above quality ?)

    i will badmouth Kami and Kaley but they do nothing all day long except watching TV/laptop. Rest of time time they eat, take bath/shower as everyone and receive friends . Did i miss something ?

So when they leave this apartment they they can sleep in their REAL beds, cook in their real kitchen, meet their REAL friends .
