It seems to be quite a risk, or, perhaps a sign of something significant about to happen. I am not disputing the overall resemblance of Leora's visitor to Malia. In fact, I was the first to bring it up. However, I think Leora's visitor bears a closer facial resemblance to Annabelle than to Malia.
