I don't know if you saw in the kitchen for Angel's leaving do but Rosie did actually pull Belle across the kitchen by her breasts.

Sad but really this is what you might expect from Belle. Party till she drops is normally what she does although within B1 and B2 she hasn't done much of that except in Angel's last couple of weeks. Outside where we can't see her on the other hand.
