Let's face it - RLC have shown A LOT of patience with her in the past, certainly in the last few months of her tenure. Fights, drugs, shouting, loud music in the middle of the night.....RLC could only handle so much from one person, and trouble always seems to follow her around. She couldn't even run a bath without it seeping into the floor.... The other neighbours could be quite conservative so who knows, maybe they were scared of what was happening in 'That' apartment. If they don't know about RLC, and i assume they don't, all they'll know is the crazy woman who has all sorts of friends arriving at all hours, causing a nusience.
