    Well recently, it was felt that they were indeed having trouble recruiting, then we got a large number of new tenants. But it has quickly fallen down, because many aren't working out - Jessi is the prime example. But also Eris, as popular as she is, she clearly uses rlc just as a base while her 'work' takes her out constantly. Same goes for Lina, Alessa is nothing.....Just the current bunch of poor quality recruits. The whole Barcelona thing hasn't improved at all. The fact they are going all out to create so much for Hawk, shows you how low things are.
