    Yes it's because four cams under constant "fire" from the disco lights. The more motion the more bandwidth is used. And more rapid motion than with the disco lights is hardly imaginable...

    This place often had problems with buffering. I guess its their ISP who cant provide enough upload. Or they have a problem with the wiring somewhere...

    Are you kidding us? YOU are responsible for let them bring her in. YOU let this happen. YOU are responsible for taking the appartement offline during such visits.
