Yes it's exactly how you say. They somehow detected an anomaly with network traffic for about an hour. I don't know what it is yet. Will help James maybe bring some light into it. And yes the tone was very rude. But I will continue helping them because I believe they will resolve that annoying issue.

Don't know yet. James from @Voyeur House TV is a very kind guy and will look into it. Now when I know he's takin care of it I am no longer worried.

Still running virus scan. But I don't think issue is on my machine. Maybe it was something weird with my ISP? I had several issues last week with them.

Ok short scan of defender did find nothing. Will run a full scan now just to make sure

Okay thanks for reply. I downloaded quite much today cause I updated my Steam library. About 25 GB I think. But I dont think it will show up on your traffic. Of course I will give you assistance with it. About the virus I will run Windows Defender to sort that issue out.

Have not a single clue what they mean. Maybe some capturing software. Only capture I do is taking screenshots with the "PRINT" key

@Voyeur House TV I wrote an email to support about cam4 in realm2 too high and got a pretty rude answer from an Anthony Hefner. Whats that all about? I clearly watched all cams in realm2 today. Thats a pretty weird answer: As I can see, in the last hour you tried to watch only cam3 in realm2. How do you know about cam 4 in realm2? Do you use third-party software to access video streams? This is prohibited by user agreement. That was my in my opinion kind support ticket: Helli and happy easter my friends. :-) Cam4 in realm2 (Jess/Sam) is pointing too much upwards towards the ceiling. Guess somebody hit it accidently and it now no longer shows the whole bed. Can you please tilt it downwards again? Ceiling should not be shown.
