Honestly I have no clue What she is or why she have white winter coat over her uniform.It's strange and it's odd. and i would say is pretty much illegal or should be in any country . Yury based on what I see and understand .and i may be wrong. Possible she is wearing some security service uniform controlled or regulated by МВД, . I suppose police officer or cadet should never cover any recognizable insignia in publicly.That's my thought. I already make a post but i didn't go public. Since I have no clue about what is normal in Russia. For this you could end up in jail for a month in my country, because you not wearing nacional symbols correctly. It's look like the same but I would say it's not..We still need better images to make better judgment.

Yury Initially i thought the stripe on bottom her tie make her rang in hierarchy or her status. But i'm not sure about that I was checking out and there is no rang with just one stripe. There is no stripe or two stripes. And to be honest i have a problem to find tie with stripe anyway. So probably that is not even insignia. Just curious if you know what that is?

Well the problem is because we don't know almost nothing about her. Simply because she was not born three years ago. She maybe already been police officer before.Or perhaps local officials based on her education decide she can be useful as additional reserve police force.If they ever going to be needed to activate.

For relaxation and entertainment, this was pretty funny to read. But situation is not funny at all. More likely there is a lot of unpleasant tension between those two.

Just to clarify my thought I have made longer post but I've cut it to shorter version. Personally have no issue with understanding both of you. And that's number should be something what should have in mind any ADMIN and MODERATOR . That was one thing .The other is to open topic for those users who wish to share content in such manner. I was kind a late at that time so it's possible that info was incorrect . I did catch her in kitchen with her phone fluttering waving to all sides in kitchen. She was with someone on her phone . So why would someone share content when no one can see his post and even worse than that perhaps they don't even know what that is? It's not going to happen. But lets just say. How about all the others 80% users simply at some point will stop to post their content. I can see more damage on horizon than it has already been done. The only thing which keeps me now to follow events is overall outcome.
