    why would rlc take the whole 2nd floor offline if nobody is there? why is the 2nd floor not used as a guest room just like every other vacant room on rlc? why do the tenants eve, haw, and bar not go up there to the garage at least to hide? finally, why during the very short UM a couple of nights ago did bogdan walk out of his room, stop and check his phone to make sure b7 was indeed offline before heading down to check the progress of the pool? when he was done he walked back up and went back in his room. all you people that think it's impossible for him and nelly to be living there, please explain why!
