    frank zabba is a great guy! a select group of tenants had a meeting with the bosses of rlc today. so you can probably tell already that something has changed throughout the barcelona dives. this is my first apartment to read about and i'm sure by the time i'm done there will be things that tell me the meeting was not taken on deaf ears.
