    The time when Cecilia was hanging out at B4, while Radi was staying at B2 with Cleo was after Radi's falling out with Tweety, Lori and Olivia just prior to her departing in early May 2022. I believe the reason for Cecilia doing so was to utilize Radi's room (ie generate $$ while she was away.

    I went back to look at when Radi and Cecilia first hooked up. Here is proof that initially, Radi was paying her. 1st pic is Radi getting cash from her purse. 2nd pic, you can see the cash laying on the bed next to Radi's leg 3rd pic, Cecilia snatching (no pun intended) that money off the bed.
