    6 months is about right...that's the timing I have decided and noticed when things went down hill. Yes I have been involved with some of that and many others have too and there's a lot of spamming too, but sometimes some comments toward the tenants whether it's good or bad are better not said...some comments are quite vulgar...and it's all happened in the last 6 months.
