    Both to blame for the lack of introduction ...Adeline just walks in and nods whilst Nancy's mum just swivels around on the sofa and acknowledges Adeline rather than get up and greet her. Adeline essentially was the visitor whilst Nancy's mum is a temporary resident so she is the one who should have got up to greet Adeline ...but as I said ...both to blame for lack of introduction.
