I have listened to her and Leech's conversations for 3 weeks now and they're mainly about how to scheme against Sayn. Other than that they talk about nothing of any importance or of anything meaningful. They just say stupid shit to each other and giggle. Once Sayn is removed from the equation... what the hell are they going to talk about or scheme against. This whole relationship is based upon getting drunk, and trying to get away with having sex behind Sayn's back.

    I'll also give some credit to Amalia as well as the time she spent with Vivi is paying off in spades.     I'll say it again... I'm not a fan of Sayn at all... He's not someone I would even want to have beer with... even if I was thirsty. But... After listening to their conversation this morning ... All I can say is that Elli is a cold hearted worthless lying bitch! She just made this whole disaster Sayn's fault, she actually accused him of being manipulative (Ha!) and has washed her hands of him. She also brought up, as an excuse for her cheating, that she has been waiting for 6 months for him to paint a wall.. WTF! Sayn should have said to her "What have been doing every day while I'm at work for the last 6 months? Too busy to paint a damn wall? She is a complete sociopath! Sayn is 22, a momma's boy, and doesn't understand how someone, who supposedly loved him, could be this evil and isn't equipped with any past experiences to help him handle this like a man. Well it's all out in the open now and he is definitely leaving... hopefully sooner than later. Unfortunately for him he will be forever traumatized by this and will, understandably, have trust issues in his future romantic relationships. Hopefully he meets a nice girl who can treat him with at least a minimal level of respect and loyalty... That would be miles better than what he got here with Elli. As far as Leech goes... I think he is the perfect mate for Elli! I hope She goes down in flames... but she won't because she's young, attractive, and is a master manipulator. And there's always another sucker born every minute. But when that youth and beauty erodes with age... it's going to be a rough life for her in the end.

    That sounds like an assumption... not a fact. This has always been Elli's apartment and roommates have come and gone. It would be logical that RLC contracts with one "primary" tenant unless there is a marriage involved. Otherwise when the relationship blows up the primary stays and the roommate has no contractual rights and leaves.

    I'm not sure how civil law works in Poland but here in America he could legitimately civilly sue her for a portion of the RLC earnings as she benefitted from his time and effort (not to mention pain and suffering). I'm sure he signed his rights away as far as being able to collect directly from RLC but I bet Elli didn't have him sign a waiver of any kind.

    I'm not sure what to think about this Kaya girl... First she adds drama by telling Brandon that she's heard from roommates that Aya has been talking about him. Then at the party... (In the living room) Ney & Nan schemed an all girl 3some with Aya to provoke Brandon. It works as Brandon (expectedly) walks in on them and immediately sits down as any red blooded male would do. Kaya walks in shortly after and see's what's going on and grabs Brandon and ushers him out of there to spoil their plot. Of course Brandon shook her loose and returned to living room where the action was happening. Now they all have moved to the penthouse and things are in full swing and Kaya barges in through a closed door without even knocking. She see's the 3 naked girls enjoying themselves, says something to Brandon, and instead of joining in on the fun... she leaves. My hopes of her being a good tenant has diminished greatly due to witnessing that and I have a strong suspicion she will be a persistent source of drama that would curtail the positive vibes and free spirit attitude needed for a thriving single/vacation house experience.

    Elli had a phone conversation with someone in the bedroom this afternoon where she basically gave a pretty good summary of the last 2 weeks (from her perspective) and called it a "disaster". She ended the summary with, "I don't regret doing it but if I could go back in time I wouldn't do it again."

    I don't know if anyone has brought this up, so please don't flame me if they have... After listening to A&B talking a few nights ago in bed I was able to understand their situation a little better. Brandon is boycotting or protesting against RLC and refuses to create any interesting content for the duration of their stay. Why? He is not happy with the compensation and feels like he was somehow deceived and expected more. It seems like he blames both RLC and Aya for this deception. She has tried to convince him to just finish out the contract as they would normally live but he refuses on principals. Aya is not happy with his decision at all as it affects her earnings as well.

    Based on parts of conversations I was able to hear: I don't think all is as it seems... It looks as if everything is back to normal and everyone is living in harmony just from appearances. But, I'm pretty sure Sayn rented an apartment and is still moving out. I think Elli manifested this situation where Sayn moves out, Leech guy gets his own "Van down by the river" and she continues this triangular relationship. I think she is making Sayn re-interview for his job in a sense as well. I am positive they are fully aware of the windfall they have coming their way so now things are getting silly. My level of interest in this apartment is waning quickly and am only mildly interested in seeing the conclusion... if there is one!
