    Sidebar - About your numbers being inaccurate. i read an article in Readers Digest a million years ago about estimating the number of Piano Tuners there are in Chicago. This is what you have done in your potential tenant estimate. I use this all the time on all sorts of things. It can work really well. Fermi’s Piano Tuners Problem.
