    As a matter of debate, not an argument, but what was on cam at the very least was open to interpretation. Do you think RLC would check to decide whether to delete it or would they expect the tenant to come to them? I suppose trying to read RLC’s mind is a futile endeavour though. Lol.

    IMO the footage was pretty clear it looked like date rape. What we don't know, is was there consent, implied consent or whatever. RLC doesn't always get it right. I have watched Massimo be pretty disgusting and watched coke being snorted by one of Sara's hobo friends alone in her bathroom, things like that. 🤷‍♂️

    I do too. Simonne knows how Dominga is when she is really drunk, and how she responds,better than anyone, so maybe thats why she is suspicious of rape. However, that is what it appeared to be, and I think there are others within B4 who could corroborate what happened. This seems like a clusterfuck and should be something they can rise above. 🤞

    Doms version of the story seems to be the truth. And many commenters even at the time realized that the guy had non-conceptual sex with her, so I would think Sim would also be reading those too 🤷‍♂️

    Like I said, all things being equal, of course she will use the bathroom attached to her bedroom. It would be insane not to. But as was mentioned there is a rule, presumably she was informed about, or maybe they forgot because after all this is the 3rd place on RLC she has live in. it would be very plausible they assumed she knew the ropes forgetting B4 has this extra specific rule.

    👍 She isn’t really taking secret showers, she just using one that’s conveniently 5 feet away, she ia not shy in showers. So I wonder if she WAS told not to use it?…the first person I saw use it was Kaya of course, lol, so maybe after that it was considered open for business. 😆
