B2 have many problems, constant calls from people to the door to annoy the girls. Assholes are all over the world. They also have problems with neighbors and loud music ... I do not think they want to take much more risks with a possible new police call. Also, why not make sure, having all the girls in one house? What seems like a joke may have a very logical sense.
