That's the danger of courts allowing Biden to issue COVID mandates because of a healthcare "crisis". It sets a legal precedent for presidential powers during a time of "crisis". So if there becomes consensus that climate change is at "crisis" status what is to prevent the president from citing the legal constitutional powers that were given to him during the Covid "crisis" as justification to impose mandates up on the American people in order to save America and the world from the climate change "crisis"?

Bullshit. Anthony Gonzalez is not running for reelection because he knows he would lose in the Republican Primary. So POLITICO calling him "popular" is another media lie. Gonzalez is not popular with Republicans in Ohio. The only people he is really popular with are the Democrats in Congress because he voted to impeach President Trump.
