I think when a topic in the forum reaches the point that it is locked from further comments , it is both a mistake from forum’s members and admins due to an escalated ongoing situation . I agree that the posts can’t be handled and controlled 24/7 , it is impossible and as you say , if a tenant believes that isn’t the best words here , the tenant should not read and avoid CamCaps .
