    If you have observed carefully , everyone has gained few or more kilos , in all of the apartments at RLC .. Lockdown has affected these people as the majority of the planet with no actual activities , when there’s no possibility to go regularly and whenever you wish and feel out of home , it is normal .     Cesar is from Venezuela , for whoever has traveled there or to nearby countries ( Colombia , Guyana , Caribbean islands ) can understand very much about him and whatever his behavior is . He has no obligations at all for any contribution , if he does anything , it is simply up to him , his manners , how he was raised and all these “ savoir vivre “ things .
