    A good exchange of thoughts and opinions moos54 , perhaps being both Europeans , we can understand the mentality with a different point of view than people from across the Atlantic or fellow Australians 😊 As you mention , seeing a couple that they really “ felt “ this apartment like indeed their place to live , with decorations , invitations at home of friends making them feel comfortable in front of the cameras , even in a way provoking them to act in front and see how they also feel 😉 , makes this an unsolved mystery for their sudden departure . With Piper and Taylor , it is for me just one of these couples that the potential is for sure there , but in a way , it always felt for me that they try to walk on a balance rope , I mean living their life and their relation absolutely for them but at the same time and with the fact that perhaps Piper is Russian , needing to also sometimes perform with the others for shows and so on , something that for me loses this real life that comes from their relation . I just think that for them , if an apartment was possible in Italy , they fit better there , Taylor wouldn’t be needing all the time the translations from Piper to have a flow at the talks and ultimately feel much easier when amongst the Russians ( despite that she speaks English ) . About the lockdowns happening once again , I don’t know if it would be as strict with traveling as well . I mean , in April there was total stop on traveling with planes within Europe , as I understood , traveling is continuing , let’s say that the lockdown involves mostly the avoidance of being away from home and gatherings with people .

    This is also a reason , but you can think how “ popular “ it was at certain periods , the early times when both couples arrived ( I mean Bonnie and Rama alongside Alex and Lucian ) , then the experiments between Bonnie and Alex , the friendship that was developed between Kim and the couple leading to some shows that for sure made many to tune in to see what more can happen . In any case , I can understand the frustration that has been created this week , you can’t as a business “ eliminate “ at the same city ( Barcelona ) a fun , pleasant , watchable and with good atmosphere and vibes couple like Carla and Yanai and keep this apartment without trying to figure out a way or ways to make it more fun to watch .

    With the last post being 5 days before the one I make now , this shows that this apartment perhaps has nothing more to offer . Alex and Lucian it is just too many months and as it has been mentioned , this COV isn’t working , after a while it becomes boring because the couples don’t make new friends due to the limited time they have there and any interactions remain when they visit the other Barcelona apartments . At least with the GOV , it can be something different and unexpected as most of the girls have things happening outside that they sometimes bring in the apartment . In any case , this apartment needs new people in my opinion to become watchable again .

    I don’t know exactly the restrictions currently in Spain , for Barcelona it is the curfew after 21:00 or 22:00 I think , but I haven’t read to be honest any restrictions in moving between territories in Spain . In any case , we will find out one day somehow what happened 😊

    It would seem strange to me if a contract between the employer and the employees is broken because of the virus , of course it might be so , but it hasn’t been , as mentioned , any indication that this couple was “ forcing “ for their exit as it came all of a sudden .

    It’s been a couple of weeks now that Gina isn’t showing the same “ appetite “ like the summer months let’s say and the nearly daily visits from Curly . He is also not appearing much , in my eyes it is like something is troubling her . And for all of the great moments she has given us during this stay , her craziness , wildness , fantastic sexual interactions with her boyfriend , I only wish and hope it is something temporarily and not more serious . Otherwise , it would be wise to leave the project , it isn’t any good for both the viewers and the tenants when any of the participants start feeling tired and boredom .

    You are very right with this comment , i just believe that whoever is contributing here at the forum with either only one post or many , he/she is entitled to a nice exchange of comments and at the end concluding for his/her favorite tenant / tenants . The curiosity that we all have by watching RLC is the one that drives us to questions and if someone can contribute with answers that don’t affect the residency and ultimately the identity of any of the participants , I just don’t find it wrong 😊

    The more the days pass by and now that slowly the dust of the sudden leaving of this couple settles down , i start to believe that most probably they must have broken one or more rules of their contract with RLC . I don’t know what it can be since no one has access to the contracts between RLC and the participants ( although recently there have been confirmations that someone has actually seen one ) , but I really can’t thing of anything else ( although it has been developed really well the reason of the noise of the apartment while guests were visiting ) .

    You have neither confirmed nor denied that you speak with one or both of the girls plus within the forum talks it hasn’t been any indication that any of the members has contact with the girls , this is why I am wondering . Anyway , it doesn’t really matter of how the info is brought up here , I just believe the more information we have , it is always the best way so we can avoid stupid speculations ( I have done this a lot for example ) and maybe also like this to avoid this endless back and forth comments between admirers and haters of the girls .

    Has it been any info anywhere that Malia was on an only visa stay ? I have read many times on that but I haven’t personally seen any indication that she came only for a short stay .. plus , considering the fact that there’s a boyfriend in her life , why investing on possible feelings development if she goes back to Russia eventually ?

    Long time viewers know her name since the early days of her appearance at the RLC , I was just surprised to be honest , but then jetlag8 reminded me of the birthday , I don’t remember also with Starbucks cups in the past .. in any case , it is much preferable that real information is kept mystic , it is a weird world and stalkers can always appear when they find the opportunity , you never know 🙄
