We will take a look into this. We do support IE and Edge browsers, but for certain reasons we disabled the support for one week. It will be enabled back again on upcoming week. We have forwarded the feedback on cameras there.

No we can't sorry. This is planned due date for IR lights to arrive. We kindly asked Alex&Lina and their participants to leave lights on everywhere if possible. I guess it's not that easy considering the amount of alcohol being filled in them...

Dear Amy, i could answer to yoy if you won't decline my request to find the reason you were upset and what violence you were talking about. Thank you, @Gudari, now, thanks to @jabbath1987, FINALLY, i see what you were talking about. Guys, please, next time just help us identifying the issue and we could fucking resolve that at the moment. We have even introduced the feature that allows you to share the exact moment in timeline with anybody. Just click on it, copy the URL in address bar and share it. That easy. Okay, so on to what happened. We contacted Alex & Lina to get comments on that. Some guys from neighbourhood came to the Yard of these two apartments with sticks and started to literally crush it. Basically they wanted to hit everybody and everything. As far as I understand, they started to act like this when they were kindly asked to leave. After that happened they were walked out and never came back. The results: - Luckily nobody was seriously hurt - Yard camera is being mounted back - These neighbours are evicted by their host (it is confirmed by their host) - The report is going to be filed to local Police. - Tons of shit in this thread. I would like to apologize on behalf of VHTV that happened. It was very unexpected and nobody could predict it could happen. No, we still don't tolerate violence, our attidude never changed on this topic. No, we did not invite actors to beat our participants, and never will, I promise. We hate dickheads who try to ruin party when they are uninvited. That is it. Thank you again those who helped us identifying the problem, you are the best!

Hey @Blue&Bonnie, Sorry to hear that happened to you. You were applied the rule of ban because of refund. Our support managers are indeed given the right to ban users who don't want to either help us identifying the issue or don't accept our explanations and request to refund them. This is done because we pay additional charges to payment processor for refunds, chargebacks and others, and can't let this happen with the same user in the future. Moreover, we better not spend the time working with user who doesn't want to assist us or understand us. In your case we have stated multiple times, that we don't operate CasaHot direcly, that is independent studio who run their own show. They don't use the equipment we provide, they use their own and we don't take responsibility for that. Especially because of that it takes more time for them to fix the issues that it is for us with our equipment. Oh, okay. So, is there anybody who states there was any criminal or just disturbing violence happening at the apartment and is able to point out the camera and the time it happened? I asked two people at this thread who were talking about the violence and they both decided not to share the information on this case.

Please provide the timestamps of the momements any violence happened. You can really help us identifying the issue. As @Amy3 declined my request to point out the moment and report it, i'm asking you, and any user, as usual, to help our project in improving. Including such things as preventing violence and things, prohibited by our rules, contracts, and the laws of countries our company operates. Thank you for your feedback. We better care about the health and environment our participants live in. The equipment is being protected by the contracts they sign.
