  1. We're kicking Stacy and adding new girl for Nick today. Read more in the newsletter later today
  2. Wednesday is more possible. The couple joining have some kind of event on Tuesday. By the way, the apartment is ready for cameras to be connected - all the relays and connections are up. I will try to get some photos for you to see what to expect next week ;)
  3. The time will show. I don't think we run out of business anytime soon as our stats grow. Please let me know if you'd like to unsubscribe via PM - we'll do it immediately. In addition to that I'd like to hear what you find false about cameras, sound and archives - that would be really interesting to discuss :)
  4. Wrong. New apt will be live this year. Two new apartments coming during period of January-February. The reason we kicked Ruslan and Katya out was simple - we could not rely on these people anymore. That's why it was emergency to disconnect them.
  5. Read more on Participants page or on blog announcements here and here BTW, Harley, you haven't yet replied to my message in PM in reply to your first request.
  6. We had some issues with writing 12 hours ago. That explains the windows of Archive you couldn't see. Now Archive works as usual, but some action was lost during this period of time. Now it's fixed and everything is back to normal. Thank you for your detailed support request. Added you +2 Extra days to your profile. Please enjoy Voyeur House TV.
  7. That's what we're focused on. New apartment ETA is 1 week max from now. We have planned shutdown procedures, but the last one was emergency, that's why short notice. Again, we don't give false promises, we openly state what we're working on. The more we work - the faster features, houses, participants are rolling out. It's not a "let it be today" speed, but we try to approach this tempo. Thanks.
  8. Dude, try to be understanding. These are real people. Family members arrived to Alex & Lina today, that's why they asked to disconnect them from VHTV for a daytime. Seriously, it's sad to see that some people treat voyeur participants as circus monkeys. Try to understand that they are not. Now A&L apartment is back online. Thanks for patience.
  9. Sure, why can't they check every site they may heard of before staying somewhere? These people may be choosing which company to invest their time and money to. I believe it's normal and it is clever to do so. Can't tell for sure, but it seems to me, that is what you see now.
  10. That would be stupid for us to do so. These people learn about this kind of websites from somebody who knows all of them. Usually, this person becomes their manager, because he invited them to this or any other venture. That's why this kind of chain of events may happen. Or you can propose other thoughts on this point, and i will be glad to think about other possibilities, but as we try not to interfere with Houses and their life, we may not really know who they look at and who new participants may be. It is easy as it sounds, but more complex things happen behind these words.
  11. Not about you or any other similar messages. You all have your point, and it is interesting to read. I'm talking about Freitag and similar people, who always tell you, that everything we do is shit, but don't give any advice on how to make it better. That is what is called "information garbage" or flame :)
  12. The funniest part of such discussions is research. It it always concludes in some crazy theories and local Sherlock's who want to become a CSI star because they theory is about to be proven... as they think about it. The actual outcome is that simple that these "Sherlock's" will say: you're shitting me not. Yeah, even a user who is able to check the source code will see the similarity between our code and the code you may find on other websites. This is because we used the best we could find to create what we want and modify it. Consider that we have bought rights on using the similar technology to stream high load resources. The greatest part of that is MrFixit that boosted all the theories. Guys, this industry is pretty close. You will meet some of the same people who want to become a part of Voyeur movement and VHTV, in this case. And their managers. The managers of these people. Yes, every house has it's own Management, and who are we to prohibit someone to use people and stream everyone of them to every place they want? Don't be naive to think that people, who worked or work on other projects can't consider moving to other company with better offers. This industry complies with the same rules as any other - if you work in one shop, you will definately will work on other company who sells the same products someday. If you're interested in it. That's why it takes time to find people interested in that. That's why we don't give false promises. But as you are our customers, you want everithing now or never. Customer is always right, unless he expects something, that relies on many processes, the same day he asked for that. We are not magicians, but we try. As usual, all yours, VHTV
  13. The power gives you the something you don't want to have, because you begin using it, not experiening. That's why forums has you - the people who know how the community works. And we want to stay as neutral to the freedom of speech here as possible. Unless it's flame or trolling - this makes you read and spend time for nothing.
  14. This, guys, was as interesting as funny to read :D As you have noticed we do not intervene in forum life unless we have something to announce or explain how we work. So please don't expect we run all discussions :)
  15. Could not replicate this issue. Can anybody confirm? @Harvey Brooks, will it be possible for you to record a screencast of this issue in your browser? We'd like to investigate this and fix it, if we'll able to replicate it on our side.
  16. We believe it's better face own errors and resolve them then hide in the bushes hoping nobody notices any issues. That's why we work with you, our users, to make VHTV a better place for everybody. Have you forwarded your issues to our Support? I could not find any tickets from you in our support system, please open new ticket with your details or forward me your email via PM. For sure, we have checked our website with different Internet Explorer versions, but have got no issues but some design-related things there. We'll need to see your Console output which may be opened via F12 hotkey in your IE browser. Please make sure you see some errors in consoles while you experience issues with VHTV and forward screenshots to our Support. We're aware how our competitors work, and in some cases - we do the same. Basically, we just decrease streaming quality for free users on separate cams if too much traffic gained on them. This is done automatically and our system learns itself on how to predict these situations so the changes occur smoothly. These rules do not apply to premium users. As we have previously said, we have a separate infrastructure for Premium users, that is dedicated for high-load. Meanwhile, you should also be aware of coming hardware upgrades to SNAE and AL apartments, which I have talked about in this topic today. These changes will resolve buffering issues happening time to time. What are also aware of how other websites treat their users. I won't say, that we do better or something like that. In fact we do our best to keep our customers satisfied and do tons of work to release more and more features. The question on bandwidth does not come from nowhere. We have checked our logs and graphs and found no anomaly, that's why we asked some users to let us know about their bandwidth, because at that particular moment we can't take responsibility on the speed from client side. Hope you understand this. Wrong. We have started with 2 apartments, with 2 more coming in next two weeks after the start. We had to kick one apartment because three reasons: their stats were too low, they did nothing to change that, our viewers complained on content quality from that apartment. These users include CamCaps participants, who we listen to carefully. What we can offer you back is cancellation or refund. Please feel free to request it via Support - we process every ticket. We don't give any impression at all. All the reaction and impression comes from you, and the users around you. What we show - is independent apartments connected to Voyeur House. In addition to that, we don't offer any exclusiveness but the business model. And lastly, we have no actors. We have people, just like you, who wished to join Voyeur House to try new lifestyle or to get more money or to enjoy... does not matter. These are not actors. And we hire nobody - they are free to do anything they want. I believe it was clear in first post from us on CamCaps, but it's no problem to state this again and again :) We do not care about nationality and we're sure nobody should do. It just occured that russian-speaking participants expressed their will to join this lifestyle and now they're here. We receive a lot of requests for english-speaking participants and we're currently in discussion with some of such people, who want to join, but it will take some time for such apartment to appear on VHTV. Meanwhile, if you have somebody who wants to join VHTV who you find more attractive to you - feel free to let us know and we'll get in touch with them too. They evaluate their actions by the stats they have. If nobody likes to watch them - they see that they got no money last hour for that. So it's up to them to decide either they stay inside or outside. Meanwhile, I will forward this comment to Houses so they may consider decreasing the "balcony time", thank you for your feedback. Please let me know your preferred camera positions and we'll make sure to take a look at proposed placement on any of the Houses quite soon. Until then - we can't change anything unless we see the direct need to. Be sure you will be notified some time next year about changes in subscriptions so you could subscribe to separate apartments to watch. Did you let us know via Support about this issue? If you did and got no help - please let me know your email so I could investigate that and take some measures on the manager responsible for your request. It may be some kind of error on your side if you found no info on Verotel support page on your transaction, because neither our users or our team found any problems with that before. Again, we need your details to resolve these issues. As soon as I get your email - I will cancel your subscription immediately after your private confirmation. If we said you won't be re-billed - you won't. We have introduced re-billing subscription last week, so you may have probably subscribed to Voyeur House some time before we did that. Now we have one-time Trial and Premium subscription. Please let us know about any issues you find concerning so we could deal with them ASAP. All yours, VHTV
  17. Shame on me. That makes some point, but still faces the price for participants to pay :)
  18. Ha-ha, you wish, @jabbath1987 :D Please remember that participants pay for their equipment, so it looks quite expensive for them to have this much cameras. And it seems overkill for me to have 3 cams per bathroom. Maybe sometime soon, as they earn more money from premiums users views, they will be able to afford additional cams, we'll see. We constantly improve cameras quality, thank you for your feedback.
  19. That behavior must be displayed in Console of your browser. Please refer to this page to learn how to open the console in your browser. In case like yours you must be able to see the string running, saying about errors occuring. Please forward the screenshot of your console to our Support, we'll make sure to investigate the details
  20. Definately yes! It's planned to be introduced next year, as soon as we introduce much more Houses to VHTV. Our users will be able to select which Houses to follow and pay the amount needed to watch them separately from others you don't like.
  21. We can notify you separately if our pricing policy will change, either better or worse for you personally :) Don't worry if the pricing on VHTV seems too high for you or anybody else - it's okay to be so. We will run many promotions for every group of users - starting from Premiums and ending with some candy for free users too. I wish you knew how we wait for it too! We're not going to give up on your case, and we're continue logging your connections to see how they may be affected by our performance changes. I'm sure there's an explanation, but sure the solution will help everybody, who may experience the same issues.
