    RLC is content to just fill the former GOV places with anything. Prior to the introduction of guys, RLC struggled to find girls who would do what it took to be top cam.     If that were true, then the Eris and Jessie chat on the couch a few nights back, which was top cam all night...would have paid out. Top cam is too ambigious and expensive for RLC now. Pay for play when they say is now the rule.
