If you Google VLC or QQ Player, you will find places where you can
download those players. Both are free. Once you install one, you

Staxrip is a best and full compatible GPU hardware compresion and speed ( 200 FPS/s minimum with good gpu nvidia).

Not MP4 (AVC/AAC), but WEBM contenaire format (VP9/OGG) better compression for streaming.
