Gina she has exceeded her 90 Days so she must be there for Work or Studying purposes. They have a different Schengen Visa which allows to go over the 90 Day Period but they must return home before the 180 Calendar Period expires.

I have it figured out now. Nicole had a Single Entry Visa and she left RLC on the 84th Day. When she returned home that cancels the Visa. Then she has to wait 90 Days before she can leave her Country on another Visa. That 90 Day wait period was March 25th so she is entitled to spend up to 90 Days over a 180 Day Calendar Period.

Last time Nicole was here she arrived December 4,2016. and she departed RLC on February 25,2017. She was only here in the Apartments of B1 & B2 a total of 84 Days. On a Schengen Visa you can travel around the Schengen Zone 90 Days out of a 180 Day Calendar Period. Once they return home their Visa Expires on a Single Entry Visa. If she had a Double Entry Visa then you can travel and go home and return on the same Visa over a 180 Day Calendar Period. Something doesn't add up. Why would she even consider returning to RLC if she only has 6 Days Remaining then she'll have to depart and go back home.

Maybe we'll be lucky and she only chose 30 Days.

If you have an Account with RLC then contact RLC Support. They might be able to help get you going again. That's about the only thing left I can suggest.

By all the comments made since your last post. I can safely say you didn't miss a thing.

If you use VPN in your Country then use a different Country than what you are currently using. Have you tried using Internet Explorer.

She hasn't even been there 30 Days.
