    When this Apartment first started Cam 2 was Premium for quite a long time then RLC got this Brainwave in their heads to change it.

    The only difference is the Free Users don't have an Account to lose. The IP's in most instances are easily to change. It's a bit harder for Account Holders.

    The procedure doesn't appear to work for everyone.. They should be grateful for what they have been given and leave the rest to Mother Nature. There are some that play with Mother Nature and they get burned.
