All DMCA does is issue Takedown Orders on behalf of the person who supplies the Content. They have no Legal Foothold on anyone. If someone Defies a DMCA Takedown Order. Then the Order is sent back to the Originator who placed the order. Then it's up to the said individual who placed the Order to pursue Legal action or not. Miss Blue is not in any type of a position for challenging Legal Issues. Cam4 does not step in between issues with Performers and Customers. These Cam Whores are just like all the others. They don't Read the Fine Print.

If Blue was to read the Fine Print on Cam4 Website regarding Models and Performing. She is Violating Cam4's Policy and they can revoke some or all of her Tokens any time they wish.

Where users Post their Content. That is a choice of their choosing. If they post and want everyone to see what they have posted then they have to use a Third Party Upload Service for all to see. Servers such as http://noimg.co/ or http://www.anony.ws/ for Pictures and for Videos sites such as https://dirtybin.com/ or http://www.zippyshare.com/ will make them available for all to see. If you use the Attachment Feature then whatever is posted in that section is only available to Premium Members. It has always been that way since I have been here with the Old Forum or the New Forum. It's not Rocket Science.

If you are a paying Customer of RLC and they block the Cam. Just Contact RLC Support and Complain the Cam is being blocked and they will make her unblock it. Just don't send a screenshot or they will Ban your Account.
