Karla is acting different because she has a man in her life now. Last time this was not the case, plus because of this has not established a connection between any of the current residents. Yes, she's made a couple of visits to B1 but I am not going to fault her for trying to adapt to having someone In her life now.

So Dick's weekend starts early with no return to home, Jane has an overnight visitor, but her stay pretty mundane after some quiet time she leaves at 3 pm.

There should be a time limit of 1 year and then move that couple out and bring in a new couple, a fresh couple.  The good/popular couples for a year will be recycled just like the Barcelona girls are.  There will always be recycling on RLC so the freshness becomes less and less.  You eventually start seeing nothing but the same people over and over again, like watching a room with the same 100 people in it year after year, the view never changes and it becomes monotonous and boring.  It goes with the saying......if you are not the lead dog, the view never changes.  So my point is without freshness, your selection is cut down by a minimum of two thirds.

Just my opinion here but the emotional "blackmail" by Dick is hard to watch. He comes and goes as he pleases and she never says a word.
