HI, I contacted twice VH TV. They know that this cam is not good but nothing had been done. Try to compare images from the other cams , you'll that cam12 and cam11 are very good. Images are perfect but cam13 gives only bad images with low quality. Thanks from your reply.

Hi, Mira or Henry, Please ask the technical service to remove cam 13 (above TV) and replace it by a good one with high resolution and good sensitivity. This very bad cam gives only blurry images with big pixels. It's NOT HD resolution . Thank you to contact service.
