Under Megan's balkony are the windows of the gym.

That's right,but the window on the lowest level,which is sliding alsoservrs as a door,it must be under Megan's balkony!On the plan of the villa the elevator is at the top side.And on the plan the gym is a rectangular room without folds!From cam 4.1 it can be seen that elevator is at the back left!That is are the out side wall!
