This whole manager thing is kind of fucked up if you ask me. I guess the managers front the apt and the cams and VH fronts the website infrastructure. After a while it starts looking like a pyramid scheme. I suppose Misty could manage apts too later. It could seriously get complicated. Either way, it seems to me the worst position that you can possibly be in would be to be a tenant under a manger. If I were a tenant and I planned on staying I would try to use every cent I earned to buy cams myself and then terminate my manager asap! You have to know that the manager is making most of the money off of you and according to VH they pay the manager 50%. So, the underling probably only gets 20% after the costs of the cams and apt are withdrawn. Then there is the whole other problem of taxes and whether or not they are getting paid properly. I have know idea how in hell VH makes this work. Sorry for rambling.
