There are several problems. #1 the girls just woke up. #2 everyone is sober. #3 Anna and Alex get paid a bonus for your viewership. They have no interest in speeding things along. Quite the contrary! Your best bet is to so something else and catch the replay on the timeline. If you are a non-subscriber, you're in for a long wait. Eventually, there will be sex, but you will be so bummed that it took so long that the sex will be less than your expectations and then you'll be pissed off.
