what a joke, this is the answer i got today of the vh support about my ticket opened more than 2 days ago now about my complain of the lagg issue on the site every days at the same hours and i suggested to them to upgrade their servers: "I'm reaching out about your case with us regarding your last message. the result is the same with bright light or not, it's the definition of this camera is bad in the other apartments where they use this same camera model we have the same result also (blurry view)
