all I did was go to the host file open it with notepad scroll to the bottom make a new entry line of 127.0.0.1 http://adserver.juicyads.com then this blocks the ads coming through. Everyone has their choice of method to do it but if you use internet explorer the host file is the way to do it. Yes, unless they've change IE recently, I don't think there is an AdBlock extension for that browser. AdBlock is available for Firefox, Chrome and Opera (the other three browsers I use) and works quite well.

One can certainly make that argument, but I don't really think RLC sees it the same way. They probably see it as some percentage of that 1600 views as being people who might subscribe if they couldn't see the video. In any event, I do appreciate all those who go through the trouble to record and make available the pictures and videos.

I've never had a problem with upload speeds with Mediafire. Maybe it has something to do with my Internet connection. Yes, Mediafire doesn't like porn, but it's not hard to get around that. I had over 10 GB's of video stored there with no problems...until RLC started targeting me. Eventually all my files disappeared...even the ones that were not porn. The thing I like about being able to stream videos is that I can, in effect, preview the video. Then I can decide if I want to save it or not. But I don't have to wait to download the whole thing before I am able to make that decision. Now, Monkee...I think I've established that I do, in fact, have a very good idea what I'm talking about. Do you want me to "zipp it"?

Number 4 caught my attention, Catmaster. Did RLC send you an email telling you about this? Or was there some other announcement? I admit that I don't follow the cams all that much so I might have missed such an announcement. I always suspected that the apartment with all cams locked was a method for RLC to try to catch people who post videos from that apartment...since only paying members can even see stuff from there.

I kind of agree with you about the karma thing. I see it as essentially useless. Heck, in one thread that I never really took part in it turned into a positive status symbol to have and give a lot of negative karma. I don't think that's something for anyone to worry about. In respect to how much you share and whether that sharing is useful or not...well, that's a matter of perspective, I guess. I'll just say that I'd rather have that other 10%...and I'd gladly dump your 90% in the trash...because I choose not to put up with that crappy ul.to. But that's just my opinion, as you well know. What I do find amusing is that you are taking this so personally. I think if I were in your position, I'd tell people why I'm doing what I'm doing and just leave it at that. I see no need to bad-mouth people just because they express their opinion.

Thanks for the pics, corboblanc. This is my first view of this bathroom. Damn, but that room is small! It might have been better if RLC lowered that cam a bit...but it certainly is nice getting that close up view. I'd like to see a pic from the other cam, if anyone would be so kind as to post one.

Well I'm here from the very beginning of the forum when only 8 people used to post and the accounts weren't activated after being created. And the same from reallifecam.com when you could use the scripts easily to see everything. 6 month watching everything before they fixed it. I'm not a big poster or spammer but I've been here reading and watching pics (I don't usually download videos unless they are "special" like a fight or argue or a really good sex video everybody likes) but i know well how ul.to works and i understand people feeling frustrated. Otherwise we can't do anything about it but not donwloading from those crap sites so they get the least benefits possible. The real point is what you 2 guys have said in those post... The Admin. As you can see with the changes in the forum, the Admin support this style of stupid "posters" instead of great posters who really wanted to contribute to the forum without waiting money benefits like you JoJo or NL. This guy, "Monkee" have +200 negative karma, in other normal forums he should be banned. But here the Admin support those "posters" and he even changed his nickname when he was close to get 100 negative karma fom "Alma???" to Monkee. What would you expect from a guy who make Moderator a girl who only post in the +40 year PPL thread just for... be a girl (facepalm) when people like JoJo or others did a great hard work for the forum in the past. The old forum with old real posters was way better than this new era forum and posters, at least there's some good new users who really wants to contribute to the forum and don't expect to make money. Thank you for the kind words. I won't presume to speak for Admin or explain his actions, but I will say that it is my sense that he wants a forum that is more or less wide open...without many rules. Whether this is good or bad depends on personal preference. But not having many rules does lend itself to more fluidity...things evolve quicker. It also lends itself to self-policing. I have to tell you, though, that I don't really want Admin to step in and ban ul.to or Monkee. Those statements I made were really just the result of my loss of control over my emotions and frustrations. I apologize to Monkee and others who use that service here and now for saying that. I will, however, stand behind my decision not to download from ul.to for the reasons I gave...I don't like to have to wait an hour between downloads and I don't like the idea of being a part of those poster's revenue stream. As to whether this forum was better in the "old days" or not...I can't say. It was different, that's a fact. But I don't think this is a bad forum now. Oh, and before you start suggesting that I become a Mod...don't. I really have no desire for that kind of thing. The fact is, I wouldn't be able to do that kind of job unless there WAS a solid set of rules that I could enforce.

Ahhh...yes, SpyGirl. Well, I've never seen any hardcore stuff from her...so I don't know where to find any. And, yes, from what I saw of her before she got booted from ww.com (I never found out why that happened) she was rather boring.

Mediafire or Putlocker. Those are the only two I've used. They both have worked well from both the uploader point of view and from the viewer point of view. There might be others that work just as well. The thing I don't like...most of all...about sites is that they impose a waiting period between downloads. For example, ul.to make you wait an hour between downloads. The thing I like the most is that some sites (Mediafire and Putlocker, for example) have options that let you stream the video instead of download it.

For pics, just crop the pic to eliminate the number.

You should probably send an email to RLC reporting this problem. From what I've heard, they are much better about listening to subscribers and correcting things than they were a year ago.

Okay, you raise some good points. Nevertheless, I won't be downloading any of those guy's stuff. What really irks me is that I've asked...quite politely, I might add...that they don't use that site. I've yet to get any kind of answer. Not an explanation as to why they use it...not even a "fuck you". Yet, they are collecting the cash. I'd respect them more...but still wouldn't waste my time downloading their stuff...if they were honest about it.

Thanks for the link. I don't know about anyone else, but I won't download anything from that service from here on out. Furthermore, I think Admin should ban that service...and any members who use it. Fuck people sucking money off of us for crappy service.

Except themselves if they are getting paid to use that site. You know...that thought cross my mind. I haven't checked out what you can get with a membership there. They could be getting a kick-back with each download. I really can't think of any other reason to use that crappy service.

Eleven files uploaded to ul.to. That means it'll take me eleven hours PLUS the download time. You guys aren't doing anyone any favors here, you know.

Back when I used to record the RLC cams I used Replay Video Capture. The program worked well, lots of options, etc. But it cost money...unless you pirate it, of course.
