    Now it's been made clear the reasoning of lights being turned off so yes absolutely their as well as the guests mood does count, if they feel like comfortable with doing in dark then i have no problem, i thought that many VHTV apartments instantly turn it off because of natural reaction but that's not the story so i am all ok with that
