    As @Noldus said, some may be asexual, or have a lower sex drive/need, or satisfy that need outside of the places. There is also a difference with being comfortable being seen naked and being comfortable being seen masturbating or having sex.

    I'm not sure where this Dima dude stands on the LGBTQ+++++ spectrum, but I have the feeling that he is coasting on more than one letter. Totally fine by me, but I just want to be sure to be using the right pronouns.

    Same here. It will probably happen someday but not in the short term.

    In a way, it's true yes. They are a couple, that seems pretty well established. They don't seem into opening it, so parties would be more on the friendship side than anything wild (like the Honny's birthday party). Also they speak Spanish so there might be a language barrier. When A&M were there, interactions were minimal. Demian would sometimes speak to Mati but the girls didn't seemed to bond that well. I disagree on the waste of potential place since the guest room has been empty for a while now.
