I do not know the specifics of Dayana's training, but it appears to be at a school, not at an actual airline. As she is probably paying for this school, it is likely her training does not include handling stressful simulations.     There was a post above that hers is the uniform used in the training school, unaffiliated with any airline. When I was trying to identify the airline, I looked at uniforms for only those airlines that have a major base in Barcelona. I mistakenly thought she was in an airline training school. United Airlines training is 6.5 weeks.
