Man muss Diana und Efim also eine Mitschuld geben, denn wären die Bilder nicht öffentlich verfügbar, hätte sie niemand kopieren- und verbreiten können. Man weiß nicht wie genau die Verträge aussehen, die abgeschlossen werden, fernen weiß man auch nicht genau, wie die Rechtslage in Russland ist aber für mich sieht es so aus, daß Diana und Efim mit der öffentlichmachung ihrer Bilder bei VK gegen die Vertragsbestimmungen verstoßen haben. Wir hatten so eine ähnliche Situation ja bereits bei Angela. Das Resultat war, daß das Pärchen von der RLC Seite verschwand. Aus diesem Grunde glaube ich nicht daß es was bringt die ganzen Bilder hier auf CC zu löschen oder gar RLC anzuflehen, daß das Pärchen bleiben soll - meines Erachtens ist der Zug abgefahren. Vertragsbruch ist Vertragsbruch, zumindest hier bei uns ist das schwerwiegend.
