Not exactly, for the commission part maybe yes but under corporate standards or any proper standards, Daisy will be kicked under 3 weeks. I will personally escort the ***** in B1 to the airport after her first month. For the B2 girls, all of them will be kicked b4 they receive their full month pay. But in truth, all these will only be relevant if RLC actually care about their subscribers and offer them good value for their premium subscriptions. I have less than a month to rant so forgive me if I offended you in any way.

    I don't think the screening process will be effective. The candidate whom may fulfill your screening criteria may not end up performing to what you expect of them. What they need are zero favoritism, enforcement, minimum requirements to fulfill and penalties for NO SHOW. Can you imagine if Elvira knows that Daisy is doing no shit but still get about the same pay as her? What do you think will be her response? If I were her, I will do a Daisy day in day out and still get my pay. From where I come from (generally the corporate sector), people will start to do what you want when you cut their pay or show them the door because they under-perform but reward them when they perform for you.

    Ah yes I have been harping on this ever since... and also emailed RLC. If I were to suggest, I will change all the girls in B2 and B1 except for Gina. These girls DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR US VIEWERS. And we have to pay extra for Replay, but what we see on Replay? NOTHING. And for Kamila, she is the best example of how that bitch in B1 will end up to be or already is. I won't want to close down 3K cos I have a soft spot for Kaley 🙄 But RLC don't have the balls to do such change. I don't know any contract details between RLC & the girls but I think performance bonuses must be or should already be included on top of their basic pay to encourage action and I mean REAL ACTION not under the blanket touchy-freely. There must be minimum requirements to be met or else the girls face monetary penalties. Just look at that bitch in B1. Hit the clubs on most nights, pointless interaction with other girls and even worse, drag down other girls (Mila for instance, look at her now compared to when she was with this bitch) and ignores her house mates (Gina) or ended up on no-speaking terms with them (Amina, Karina). When Mila was in B1, credit to her for greeting Gina and giving her a smile at least. That bitch? Nah fxxk her.

    Alright Cheesy, hell yes I am with you here. I cannot say 100% for Mila on how real she is but for Elvira hell yes she is REAL FOR SHIT. And I am glad some of the REAL money I paid for this shitty sub will go to both of them. Luckily for Barcelona we have both of them to do the heavy-lifting, or else fxxk man.

    Watched the bathtub scene on replay, really like the fun & genuineness of Elvira, Laima and Mila and how they can positively affect everyone in the house. Now we see the power of Mila, how is she able to bring the girls together and bring value & enjoyment to us viewers. Mila, just stay away from the bitch in B1 and you will be fine and well loved. She is not your kind of fun & will never be one of you.

    I know perhaps RLC is running the girls more than just putting them on display for us voyeurs but this is getting ridiculous. TWO FXXKING NO-SHOW GIRLS BEING PUT ON DISPLAY BY RLC FOR US TO THANK US FOR PAYING THE PREMIUM AND THE REPLAY. Is like watching mannequins with merchandise put on display in stores. But you pay to watch them on RLC.
