I am not sure about Irma because when she first arrived, I have yet to know about RLC. But for Damira, she is a different breed. A rare breed who understood what is this project about, understood the concept of making money & not wasting time and had no fear of the cameras. This is a porn project with sexual content. Any girl with a brain should know what she is in for even if RLC did not state that clearly to her.

I don't think anyone will expect a new girl to deliver from day one, I think IIRC only Elivira bated on her first day. But if a girl still DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for one month, she does not deserve to stay on. Same as if you do not deliver for one whole month at your place of work, will your boss keep you beyond a month or keep you at all? I know I don't watch Cindy daily but I am quite certain she gave ZERO INDICATION that she is able to deliver.

Just checked Replay, seems like Kim is moving into Cindy's room while Cindy has moved out her luggage after packing it. Likely Cindy is leaving soon, which is absolutely good news if true and maybe we will have 2 new girls in the main bedroom and a new girl to listen to Joy talking on the phone non-stop.

I hope they keep the other bed free for another girl cos I hope for a new girl to come in to replace Cindy. Tomorrow is the last day of her first month and she did nothing to warrant another 30 days. I admit I don't follow her much, cos there really nothing much to see just by glancing Replay so if RLC really really wants to keep her, pls just send her to the other bed in the twin room. This Cindy just need the kitchen and living room. She does not do nudity, even if she is fully nude, she hides from the camera and obviously do zero bates. Just kick those new girls if they do nothing in their first month!

But we have Cindy who does nothing all day, no matter in what kind of space she is in and no matter what time, the only consistency from her is DO-NOTHINGNESS which she excels. I hate to disagree with you but Cindy SHOULD BE ON THE LIST. She is clearly earning her euros off-cam and SHOWS NOTHING TO THE CAMERAS, NOT EVEN IN HER SHOWERS. I don't think she is hot in any sense, Molly & Kelly are easily hotter and they provided for the audience. I take a 'less hot' girl any day over a supposedly hot BUT DO NOTHING GIRL. DO-NOTHING GIRLS SHOULD BE OFF THE PROJECT BY END OF THEIR MONTH.

I agree they need to set up recruitment guidelines and filter the new girls more objectively while telling them what is expected of them on this project. The probation period must be tag with their 'standard salary', deducted accordingly so that RLC don't lose much from bringing in a girl for 20 days & have to pay for her ticket back home. Of course we are NOT looking for them to be showgirls but they must know that this project is sexual, it is live pornography and so they themselves must be open & willing to share their sexuality with the audience. If they keep their sexuality to themselves in the non-camera bathrooms or off-cam outside with guys, then they have no reason to be in this project. This must be reiterated to every new girl so that they know they are sort of on a clock and are expected to 'DO SOMETHING' which the audience can actually see!

I observe this too, thanks for bringing this point up. But again, maybe RLC should just be more forthcoming with them instead of keeping this silly suspense.

Exactly, I repeat my point again. Everyone who disagrees with him is a real kid. Anyone who likes his comment or agrees with him is fucking Einstein. HE IS A RLC DEFENDER, through and through. He has proven it over and over again, and I am tired of reading his defense although I admit he has every right to do so but perhaps not as a moderator. One thing he can do is to fucking stop replying to my comments, although again, I respect that he comments and not just delete it because he does not like it.

Well you have a point there but that shows that the 'employment terms' that RLC put them on aren't exactly forthcoming or even incomplete. And even so, I am sure the girls themselves know for sure what exactly this project is about even without RLC putting it down for them on paper. It is just so frustrating why RLC can't get this straighten out with each new girl they bring in to this project. I know not every girl is like Kelly, Molly or Amber but RLC should get this message clear in their heads. ENTERTAIN YOUR AUDIENCE. THE CAMERAS ARE NOT HIDDEN, WE DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU THE OBVIOUS.

RLC, while you are at it, please remember there is this girl Cindy still occupying one of your rooms doing nothing other than DO-NOTHING. Oh she disappears from time to time too and clearly seeks her euros elsewhere off-cam. I mean not that you actually care but why keep such girls on-cam when they do nothing for your audience?...

Kim is another recycled girl back on vacation on our expense. Boring and do-nothing with others. I know girls like Karla and Mila weren't exactly as good as their previous visits but Kim is just bad. At least Karla & Mila were more than watchable although I ranted about them....
