    Trust me, if there are no cameras you can rest assured that nothing is going on. The only reason anything happens there is because they are doing it for the cameras.

    Funny thing is that people used to complain that there was no camera on the balcony of B1, because they thought they went out there for mini orgies or something. Now that there's a cam there, all you see is them smoking while looking at their phones.
