Expand Running a 24/7 live cam site is an expensive endeavor. Allowing people to watch for free can cost the cam site operator money just from the bandwidth alone, not to mention that they have to pay the tenants, pay for the apartment, and pay for the cameras and equipment.

Expand I understand it. They had to count on that. Even so, 90% of the cameras are paid. And then do they show an empty corridor or loggia? Now it's nothing.
