DashaFan Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 I used to only get this if I tried to open 4 tabs, sometimes 3. Nowadays, I get it if even on 1 tab I switch apartments too fast. It has become almost impossible to browse available rooms. Is this a new restriction or a temporary glitch?
kempo2001 Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 I posted the same in the technical section here. Getting it all the time and have to keep refreshing now 4-5 times to view a stream. I cleared cookies, cache the lot, aside from changing my ip. Nothing worked. Been going on for over a week
chuck206 Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 yes, for the last week, I get the same indication switching between rooms (living room to kitchen). I have to select another apartment and refresh to return to video. I do not have multiple streams.
Noldus Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 This has been going on for about two weeks, but has become somewhat better in recent days. RLC is working on the problem and also this; it takes a long time to load when changing cams. Try to change cam or another apartment when you get the message, so it usually helps. So we hope the RLC soon fixes this 1

This is what happens to me, a free user, using Chrome: I am viewing Eva+Sam's kitchen. I select B1 kitchen to view Serafima. Just as the kitchen image appears, Serafima leaves the kitchen, heading for the living room. I quickly select the living room cam.....and the video image is replaced with the message " Sorry, your IP has exceeded permitted number of simultaneous streams". After selecting a cam, I wait 6 seconds before switching to another cam. If I switch cams too quickly, I get the message.

You just have to wait a couple of minutes then the amount of streams should be cleared as to how many is on your IP. I have had that happen a few times when going from Cam to Cam.
