Calle, I had very similar problems to you a couple of months ago, including the lack of action via email, but after contacting them via PM it was sorted out within a couple of hours so it is worth trying.

OK, thanks, I will try that. I am traveling at the moment and my web connection is not very good, but in a couple of days I will be out of this remoted area.
