Daleys Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 The site is very slow the last few days to even load the webpage takes a minute and then getting a camera to load in an apartment takes just as long. Replay also takes a bit to load the webpage also. What the hell is going on. The site is unwatchable.

I'm not, and I can tell you that non-subscribers are either being throttled, or RLC has overgrown it's servers ability to hand the loads.

By the time an image finally appears, I almost expect to see that a new species of humanoid has evolved. Sometimes you get the three little blinking dots showing the the switch is underway and then it just goes to a black screen. And yes, I am a subscriber. 1

RLC will always have this problem as long as they keep using Java Scripts. 1
richgod Posted March 30, 2019 Posted March 30, 2019 I have the same problem (I subscribe too). You can watch a view with no action just fine, but as soon as action starts the feed collapses and for me sometimes takes 15 minutes before the page reloads. I have complained to RLC help but they have nothing really to offer. It is very disappointing. Clearly they are not capable of hosting all the paid up members they have let alone casual viewers. All one can do is cancel membership, but I quite like RLC!
