Because of that, I don't think the switch to camarades has anything to do with it...but I don't know why she is gone. Perhaps she just went on vacation? But, it does sound like Ann liked the attention for a bit, at least at first, not to the point of inviting him over, but by continuing to talk to him and displaying his gifts. I've only know about her since I started coming to this site, almost a year ago. It sounds like most of this stuff happened in 2012 what did she do after all this?
