There are ways that make it easy. It all depends on what type of connection you have whether it be ADSL or Cable and whether you are strictly on a Modem or have a Router connected to the Modem each plays a different part.  It can be easy for some and harder for others.  If it's too difficult to change then one just call their ISP and request an IP Address Change. 

I myself have 4 Routers so when the IP's get banned on one I just switch Routers. By the time I get to the 4th Router the IP's in the first one have been cycled out to some other user and when used again it's presented with a new IP each time. Each Router has 2 IP Addresses.  

There is also a TMAC Program that changes the Mac Address, that also changes the IP Address but one has to be computer savvy to operate TMAC as one small mistake can make your ISP drop your connection.

RLC has scrubbing Software that scans their boards where Pictures and Videos are posted. Once those are scanned it tells RLC the hashtag# , the uploaders username and the site the uploader had used to upload the content. All that information is stored on a Cookie that RLC can trace to obtain your IP Address then that IP used is added to their Blacklist. Then all RLC does is send the hashtag# within a DMCA Report sent to the Host the file that has the uploaded file and then the third Party Host removes the file and it becomes a black spot on the forum when the image or video is no longer there. Then they get marked as No Longer Available.

heavy !!!!  I mean they put up the money etc. to create their program...to make money (and pays out to make this funky product...so I understand / respect them using all this hi tech, holy shit protection ….  but I also like the technology of pirate and pilfer....lol   why not!

Sorry to hear of your misfortune but i know exactly how you feel. Some time back i was Banned for posting a Non-Nude photo and i lost my Paid subscription. I have since left rlc and have never looked back.

I have every sympathy for the outstanding members (like yourself) who contribute and take the risks associated  with providing us (this CC forum) with such titillating pics/videos  for us to  capture these amazing voyeur moments we seek.       I wanted to start this idea/ strategy??? !  forum, to figure out how we collectively can find safe (protected !) ways to transfer our files. captures etc without loosing  memberships, and our free access privilege to the free RLC viewing.....  there has to be  a way to mitigate this risk....there have been some masters along the way who become /are regular contributors....   StnCld316,  in his deep knowledge of the system just scared the fuck out of me   lol    but that info is good for the ammunition of what we are up against and be prepared.... I also hope this is a place where info /ideas can be directed to , to spare, kind /helpful member,s direct newbies to so they don't have to keep re-writing the same info...… btw the only reason I am back from banned land is I changed my internet provider....because I am not the guy to figure out how to change IP addresses.....so again it has been explained to me and others but it is lost in some apt. 'topics' archive'   way to difficult to re-trieve…..   so if someone has a copy paste of info about this topic ...make a bold title HOW TO GET A NEW IP ADDRESS      (to make teaching topics easier to find   AND PASTE AWAY     take care Army Sniper

I use Bandicam.  The free version let's you record 10 minute clips with good quality.

I also have Bandicam...but i use the paid version, it's not but 30 something dollars (i don't remember-haha) it is a One Time  Deal for LIFE. same quality,easy to use, and you have unlimited recording time.
