The reason why the water looks discolored at times is because certain areas Treat their Raw Sewage and disperse it back into the drinking system. When this happens people generally have to boil the water before they can drink it. Some put coloring in the water when they bathe so the water doesn't look brownish in color when they bathe. Quote

Just looked and must admit i have never looked at this before but basically Treated Raw Sewage is basically sewage water without the lumps lol with perhaps an odd additional refinement sometimes lol. Really nice 1 Quote

I have seen on occasion where it comes out brownish right from the tap as well. It all depends on what parts you live in. 2 Quote

Really nice Where I am from we have clear water and I still don't trust it so I buy bottled water for drinking purposes. I just use the tap water for showering, doing dishes and cleaning purposes. Not trying to score points believe me but perhaps we are lucky in the UK in that our water is fully treated through thoroughly good treatment plants and most people here have no worry over drinking tap water, i always have as others do. In fact many people over here find it very strange that many people even buy water in bottles lol. As a matter of interest what would you do to make ice cubes or squash drinks, would you always use bottled water?. We would use it straight from the tap with no second thoughts. 1 Quote

I have Ice Cube Trays that I freeze and I use bottled water for those as well. I use it for coffee and cooking purposes as well. It sure makes a difference. 1 Quote
